Assignment Instructions
After watching the case study for leadership, consider what leadership is to you and how leadership skills impact your work environment. Research different leadership styles and what skills are necessary for leaders. Consider what skills are different for leaders vs. managers and compare and contrast the different styles and skills needed for effective leadership. Explain how you might assess leadership potential in yourself and your employees. Provide some examples of how each leadership style can be used to improve organizational performance.
Your assignment should be 3- to 4-pages in length excluding title, figures, tables, and reference pages, and it should be in the current APA format. Include specific examples in your paper and cite 2-3 references.
