Leadership philosophies help us to implement these initiatives and must embrace these concepts. Explain why diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect are necessary to improve organizational performance and how that relates to a leadership philosophy. Your discussions should include data that support improvements in organizational performance based on diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect concepts.
