Your Task

Share with the class your recommendations for designing a high-performing virtual or distributed team. Your discussion should include any experiences you’ve had with virtual and distributed teams. Consider experiences you have had or witnessed during the COVID pandemic.

 

Initial Discussion Post 

Provide an example from your personal experiences of a time you worked on a virtual team. During the COVID pandemic, most of us had to quickly learn to work remotely. What challenges did you face or did you witness others facing in working remotely? Consider the impact it had on collaboration, teamwork, ability to separate work life from home life, and connection to others.

Your initial post should be at least 250 words.
