Watch the following TEDTalk from Gemma Garcia Godall, where she discusses the impact of emotional intelligence on leadership.

 

Your Task

Consider the leadership perspective you just watched and provide your thoughts on this perspective by creating a 1- to 3-minute video. Think about the following questions when responding:

  • Do you agree with the leadership perspective provided? Why or why not?
  • Have you experienced a similar situation? Elaborate on your story.
  • Did this help you understand this week’s concepts?

Utilize the resources available to you and feel free to use screen sharing to create an engaging video response.
