Your Task
DEI initiatives for businesses are a necessity in today’s global environment. Many times these initiatives include ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and compliance, but few have embedded these principles into their leadership model or have KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) or processes in place to enable the initiatives. Even fewer processes are in place to ensure inclusive atmospheres for accessibility. Consider how leaders can implement equitable and accessible workplaces. Why is it important to embed these principles into the culture of a business? Looking at the different types of leadership styles, is there one you think would be more successful at executing a DEI & accessibility strategy?
