Select an industry and an organization in the industry with which you are familiar, and design a leadership award program for the selected industry.

Your leadership award program must have a minimum of four major categories.
Each major category must have a minimum of five selection criteria and associated rating criteria.

Submit a 1,400- to 1,750-word paper in which you address the following:

Describe each major category and selection criteria.
Describe each rating criteria and how it would be applied.
Describe how you might apply this leadership award program to your organization.
